Setting Environment Variables (Windows Core)

In Windows 2008 Core you cannot set permanent environment variables at the command line, so you must set them in the registry :

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControl\Session Manager\Environment\

Thanks for the post. I couldn't remember the reg key for environment variables. You did leave out one key though:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControl\Control\Session Manager\Environment\
