Copy Directory with NTFS Rights

robocopy /S /SEC /R:2 /W:3 /ZB TARGET_DIRECTORY SOURCE_DIRECTORY >PATH\LOGFILE.log

/S - Copies subdirectories (excluding empty ones).
/SEC - Copies NTFS security information. (Source and destination volumes must both be NTFS).
/R: -Specifies the number of retries on failed copies. (The default is 1 million.)
/W:3 -Specifies the wait time between retries. (The default is 30 seconds.)
/ETA - Shows estimated time of completion for copied files.
/ZB - Tries to copy files in restartable mode, but if that fails with an “Access Denied” error, switches automatically to Backup mode.
